CARERS - ONLY AVAILABLE ONLINE
If a visitor has a full-time carer, a free ticket is available for them when purchasing a standard price visitor ticket in advance – up to and including 24^th May 2025 via our online ticketing provider.  This concession is only available by applying in advance online and will NOT be available on physical ticket purchases, phone purchases or on-the-day sales. 
 
Please upload your proof of carer status
Relevant documents can be in the form of

• Personal Independence Payment award letter (in date)
• Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (in date)
• A valid letter from your GP stating the need for a carer within the last 6 months
• Access card
